Does Burp Cloth Factory offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we do welcome wholesale customers from any field, and partner with retail stores.

How can I set up a wholesale account?

To be able to become a wholesale customer, you must first apply for your wholesale account by completing and submitting the Wholesale Application .

Once we receive your wholesale application, please allow 48 hours for processing. Upon approval, temporary login credentials will be e-mail to you to gain access to the wholesale account. After the first account login, it is suggest that the account holder reviews the account information and creates a new password.

Do I need to provide a State Resale License?

Yes, in fact, all wholesale account applicants must provide a copy of their State Resale License (Tax Exempt Certificate) before placing the first order.

Additionally, all Georgia wholesale customers must provide a signed original (hard copy) of the Georgia Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption (ST-5) form, available here, before placing the first order.

How can I place an order?

After login to your wholesale account, you will be redirected to the wholesale store with access to wholesale prices. Depending on the quantity you order, the price will automatically adjust. For orders over 5,000 pieces, please contact us at +1 678-902-BURP or wholesale@burpclothfactory.com.
All wholesale orders must be placed through our website.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing is 100 pieces.

Can I order custom colors and sizes?

The minimum quantity for a custom color order is 2,500 pieces per size per color. For example: If you would like to order our product in the custom color lime green, you will need to order a minimum of 2,500 pieces in lime green color and the same size.

What are the lead times for wholesale orders?

All our products are hand made in small color badges. Depending on the quantity ordered, please allow 2 to 4 weeks lead time for wholesale orders.

What are the payment terms?

We are a small family run business and do not offer extended payment terms (net 10, net 30, etc.) at this time.

We require a 35% deposit payment at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance must be fully paid before the order is shipped.

What payment methods are accepted?

How do you ship my order?

All wholesale orders will be shipped with USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the order quantity. All orders will be insured for loss.

We offer FREE delivery to wholesale customers located within 100 miles from Monroe, GA with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted thereafter.

No changes to orders will be accepted after the order is submitted.

What is the Return Policy?

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders. All sales are final unless there is defective or by shipping damaged merchandise.

If packaging appears damaged when delivered, please take pictures of the boxes before opening them. Contact us immediately at

If for any reason you have a defective item in your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.
