  • Placing an Order

    BurpClothFactory accepts online orders only at this time. If you have questions prior to placing an order, please either e-mail us at support@burpclothfactory.com, or use the Contact Us Form.

     

    By placing an order with BurpClothFactory, you agree to accept our Terms & Conditions.

  • Order Acceptance

    Once your order is submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to you. The receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. BurpClothFactory reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less quantity than ordered. If one or several of the items you ordered are on backorder, we will notify you by e-mail.

  • Order Changes

    Due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot accept changes and cancellations once your order is submitted.

  • Order Processing Time

    Orders without customizations will be shipped the following business day. For all customized orders, please allow 3 business days processing time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national U.S. holidays. All orders, calls, and emails received on weekends and national U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Viewing and Tracking Orders

    You may view and track your orders through the My Account tab at the top of the page by logging into your account. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an e-mail notification with tracking number.

  • Free Gift Wrapping Service

    All our Nuschel ® products are packaged in a signature box. We offer free gift wrapping service. During checkout you may choose the option "Gift Wrap" and you will then be prompted to add the name of the gifter and the name of the recipient (usually Baby's or Parents name). We will then wrap the signature box with our exclusive colorful and stylish Burp Cloth Factory white satin ribbon and add a gift note sticker including the names you specified during checkout.

    We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Because we value your privacy and security, all transactions through this site are secured with a SSL Certificate to keep your identity and credit card information secured.

  • Sales Tax

    We are a Georgia based company. Sales Tax will be collected on orders within the State of Georgia.

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping Method

    We ship all our products with USPS. Please choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

  • Places We Ship

    BurpClothFactory ships to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do NOT ship to P.O.Boxes. We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping on all orders within the United States only. Baby Shower Gift Sets do not qualify for free shipping. If a faster shipping method is preferred, please choose an expedited shipping option at check out.

     

    Depending on the item(s) you purchase on our Site and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order during checkout. Please note that some orders may offer only one shipping method.

  • Shipping Delays

    BurpClothFactory cannot be held liable for shipping delays due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. Any order processing and/or regional shipping delays will be posted to our homepage.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

  • Return & Replacement Policy

    BurpClothFactory creates and processes each order by hand and with special care. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s), we will accept returns for any unused and unwashed item returned in its original packaging and/or replace any defective item purchased from BurpClothFactory within 30 days of the date of purchase.


    BurpClothFactory cannot accept any returns due to variations in color, size, design, structure, and/or shape. No returns will be accepted on any customized and/or embroidered Nuschel ® orders, and on reduced price or sales items.


    BurpClothFactory will not replace or apply any refund for products that have been damaged due to the consumer failing to follow the wash and care label instructions attached to every item.


    Any returned item including replacements must be returned in its original packaging and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. BurpClothFactory cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend the use of a shipping service that provides tracking. Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.
